  1. Employee Training: Provide regular training to employees on proper safety procedures for handling and servicing portable restrooms, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and the proper handling of hazardous materials.
  2. Hazard Identification: Regularly conduct inspections of the portable restrooms to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, such as slips, trips, and falls, electrical hazards, and chemical hazards.
  3. Emergency Response: Develop and implement an emergency response plan for addressing any safety incidents that may occur, such as injuries, fires, or chemical spills.
  4. Communication: Establish clear lines of communication for reporting and responding to safety incidents and concerns.
  5. Personal Protective Equipment: Ensure that all employees have access to and are trained on the proper use of personal protective equipment, such as gloves, goggles, and respirators.
  6. Safety Signage: Place clear and visible safety signage in and around the portable restrooms to alert employees and customers of potential hazards.
  7. Maintenance: Regularly maintain and inspect all equipment and tools used in the servicing of portable restrooms to ensure they are in safe working condition.
  8. Compliance: Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  9. Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all safety incidents and near-misses, as well as all employee training and equipment maintenance.
  10. Continual improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the safety plan by taking into account feedback and suggestions from employees and regulatory authorities.
